Chef Fabien Foare, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, brings a wealth of experience from renowned establishments, including the Lausanne Hotel School, Hôtel de Ville de Crissier, and Glion Hotel School. He now leads the gastronomic and culinary universe at Millennium, offering refined and creative cuisine inspired by classic French brasseries.
